I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Ithaca College, in Ithaca, New York. I have been practicing physical therapy since 2015, when I took my first travel job in Alaska and fell in love with this amazing state. Since then, I have gained tremendous experience in outpatient orthopedic, sports, acute care, and military environments. I am a certified Kinesiotape practitioner and trained in functional dry needling. I also utilize a wide variety of soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques. Additionally, I am a certified Atlasprofilax practitioner – this is a unique method that optimizes movement and facilitates healing for a wide variety of acute and chronic ailments.
I believe in lifelong learning and continual self-improvement. When it comes to client care, I pride myself in quality over quantity. I don’t believe that my services are the cause for success – it is a team effort where active listening and constant feedback is the key to achieving your goals.
As a lifelong athlete, I understand how physically and mentally exhausting pain or injury can be. I believe in both evidence-based and alternative methods that educate and empower you. No two people are alike. I am passionate about helping others and am excited about the possibility of helping you achieve your goals. I am dedicated to your success and am excited to have the opportunity to serve an incredible community!
In my free time, I enjoy everything the outdoors has to offer – running, hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, camping, snowboarding, skiing, playing with my yellow lab, and learning new things! I also love to travel, bake, cook, and play the flute.
